摘要： A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for an electric double-layer capacitor includes a non-aqueous solvent in which electrolyte salt is dissolved. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution is characterized in that the non-aqueous solvent is a mixed solvent of chained sulfone and cyclic lactone compound. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution can suppress increase in the resistance value of the electric storage element even in a low-temperature environment below 0° C. and can also be used in a normal-temperature environment.
