摘要： A system for tracking, assigning, and issuing equipment to security agency personnel (e.g., officers, administration, command, armorer). An armorer is assigned the task of tracking, assigning, and issuing equipment. Equipment may be assigned to a particular individual officer. The equipment provided to and used by officers may capture (e.g. gather, produce) information (e.g. audiovisual information, data logs, recordings). Equipment may provide information to the armorer via near field communication (NFC) circuits. The information captured may be used alone or in combination with other information received and stored by an evidence management system. The information captured by equipment assigned to a particular individual may be associated with that individual. An armorer may use information supplied by equipment, evidence management system, officers, or other sources to assist in the assignment process.

摘要： A system or method for aligning in time a first transcript to audio data used to create the first transcript. The system or method performs the following actions. Receiving the first transcript. The first transcript includes a first plurality of words that are in the audio data. Transcribing the audio data to make a second transcript. The second transcript includes a second plurality of words that are in the audio data and a respective time of a location in the audio data of each word of the second plurality. For each word of the second plurality found in the first plurality, assigning the respective time of the location of the word of the second plurality to the word of the first plurality thereby aligning in time the first transcript to the audio data.

摘要： A system that creates an environment for using, transmitting, and storing data from a CEW and other equipment. The information from a CEW includes a log maintained by the CEW. The log may include information related to the operation, maintenance, software, and deployment units used by the CEW. The information may be used alone or in combination with other information received and stored by an evidence management system for managing inventory, generating use-of-force reports, incident reports, and/or providing information related to equipment, such as a CEW, to the supplier of the equipment. Sources of information provided to an evidence management system includes equipment suppliers, CEWs, other cooperating equipment, records management systems of an agency, a dispatch system of an agency, and third parties. A CEW or other equipment may also receive information for storing in the log.

摘要： A system or method for manipulating audiovisual data using transcript information. The system or method performs the following actions. Creating a computer-generated transcript of audio data from the audiovisual data, the computer-generated transcript includes a plurality of words, at least some words of the plurality of words are associated with a respective timestamp and a confidence score. Receiving a traditional transcript of the audio data, the traditional transcript includes a plurality of words that are not associated with timestamps. Identifying one or more words from the plurality of words of the computer-generated transcript that match words from the plurality of words of the traditional transcript. Associating the timestamp of the one or more words of the computer-generated transcript with the matching word of the traditional transcript. Processing the audiovisual data using the traditional transcript and the associated timestamps.
