摘要: An electronic balance includes a load transmission mechanism for receiving an object to be measured, a magnetic field generator having a force coil for generating magnetic field, and a balance beam connected at one end to the load transmission mechanism and disposed adjacent to the magnetic field generator with a fulcrum interposed between a portion connected to the weight section and the magnetic field generator. An electromagnetic force generated by supplying current to the force coil is applied to the balance beam to obtain a weight of the object from the current flowing through the force coil in equilibrium with the load. A damper is attached to the balance beam to control vibration in at least one of a longitudinal direction of the balance beam and a horizontal direction perpendicularly intersecting therewith.

摘要: An electronic balance includes a sample plate for placing a sample, a load detecting unit for determining a weight of the sample, a sensitivity calibration mechanism having a calibration weight disposed under the sample plate for applying a load of the calibration weight to the load detecting unit, a weight holding member with a spring property for holding the calibration weight when the load of the calibration weight is not applied to the load detecting unit, and a pressing member disposed above the weight holding member for restricting an upper movement of the weight holding member. The load detecting unit converts a load of the sample placed on the sample plate into an electrical signal according to a sensitivity coefficient to determine the weight of the sample. The sensitivity coefficient is calibrated when the load of the calibration weight is applied to the load detecting unit.

摘要: A force measurement cell having a block-like mechanism unit includes a Roberval mechanism and a lever mechanism formed by cutting out a single piece of parent material. The Roberval mechanism has a fixed part and a movable part on which a measured force acts. A gapped part is formed on either the lever mechanism or the Roberval mechanism following the vertical direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the lever mechanism and the Roberval mechanism, respectively. In addition, a stopper for restricting displacement of either the lever mechanism or Roberval mechanism is fixed to the fixed part of the block-like mechanism unit facing opposite the gapped part with a prescribed gap opened in the axial direction of either the lever mechanism or the Roberval mechanism. Another embodiment, includes a recessed part sinking from a respective side surface of the block-like mechanism unit formed on both side surfaces.
