    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for communicating in a wireless network based on a prioritization status. User equipment can receive a first signal that includes an indicator. The UE can determine a prioritization status for a second signal based on the prioritization indicator. The UE can communicate, with one or more radio access networks (RANs) of a network, the second signal, where the timeline of the second signal can be out of order respective of other signals communicated by the UE and the wireless network. The second signal can include data transmitted by an ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC) service. The UE can communicate the second signal out of order with respect to one or more additional signals. The UE, based on the indicator, can communicate hybrid automated repeat request (HARQ) feedback before a HARQ feedback timeline of a non-urgent transmission.

    Abstract: User equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry coupled to memory. To configure the UE for multi-transmission reception point (TRP) reception, the processing circuitry is to decode radio resource control (RRC) signaling. The RRC signaling includes configuration information configuring a plurality of transmission configuration indication (TCI) states. A media access control (MAC) control element (CE) is decoded, where the MAC CE indicates multiple active TCI states of the configured plurality of TCI states. Multiple received beams are determined using the multiple active TCI states. Downlink information is decoded, where the downlink information originates from multiple TRPs and is received via the determined multiple receive beams associated with the multiple active TCI states.

    Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods of selecting physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates for non-coherent joint transmission (NC-JT) in a wireless network. For instance, first and second sets of ControlResourceSet and SearchSpace parameters can be configured for a UE. The first and second sets of ControlResourceSet and SearchSpace parameters are configured on a first downlink (DL) component carrier to enable NC-JT. A control channel element (CCE) limit can be determined for the first and second sets of ControlResourceSet and SearchSpace parameters. One or more PDCCH candidates can then be selected for the first and second sets of ControlResourceSet and SearchSpace parameters based at least in part on the determined CCE limits. NC-JT communication including at least a first communication from a first transmission and reception point (TRP), and a second communication from a second TRP can then be received.
