摘要： Provided herein is a sprinkler system including a compact-design connector coupling a flexible conduit to a sprinkler body. In one approach a sprinkler assembly includes a t-joint connector, a sprinkler body (e.g., a dry-type pendent body) coupled to the t-joint connector at a first opening of the t-joint connector, and a flexible conduit coupled to the t-joint connector at a second opening of the t-joint coupling. The sprinkler assembly may further include an adjustable bracket coupling the sprinkler body to a building structure, such as a ceiling or wall. The t-joint connector eliminates the use of an elbow-type connection to a flexible hose, thus enabling use in a freezer/cooler application, while also reducing the overall footprint of the sprinkler assembly.

摘要： A fire sprinkler support assembly is provided. In some approaches, the fire sprinkler support assembly may include a bracket bar extending transverse to a beam, and a bracket assembly coupled to the bracket bar. The bracket assembly may include an upper wall and a set of plates extending from the upper wall, wherein the set of plates have a first end coupled to the bracket bar. An interior angle between the set of plates and the bracket bar is less than 90 degrees (e.g., 80-85°). The bracket assembly may further include a seating frame extending from a second end of the set of plates, the seating frame including a first member and a second member disposed on opposite sides of the beam. The fire sprinkler support assembly may further include a fastener extending through an opening of the upper wall to couple the set of plates to the bracket bar.

The bracket assembly may include a main body coupled to the suspension frame, and a support arm extending laterally from the main body. The fire sprinkler support assembly may further include a sprinkler drop coupled to the support arm, the sprinkler drop and/or sprinkler head extending through the main body and into the suspension frame. The sprinkler support assembly may be a retrofit solution that couples to an existing suspension frame of a downlight fixture.
