Abstract: An online discussion forum (ODF) system includes processing circuitry configured to create and deploy a smart contract to a blockchain that establishes a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) associated with a community with at least one of the ODF participants identified as a managing member, and associate a treasury with the DAO into which payments of the membership fee are deposited, receive a proposal from one of the platform clients to make a payment from the treasury to a recipient, in response to receiving the proposal to make a payment from the treasury to the recipient, send, to the platform client of the managing member of the DAO, a request for a vote on whether to approve the proposal, receive a reply message containing information on the vote from the platform client of the managing member, and determine whether to make the payment according to the proposal based on the vote.

Abstract: An asynchronous audio discussion system may provide a set of users with access to an asynchronous audio discussion forum, receive first voice data at a first time, and receive second voice data at a second time that is later than the first time.
