    摘要： A patient support apparatus includes a surgical table and a limb support unit coupled to the surgical table. The limb support unit includes a support platform coupled to the surgical table in a fixed position, a first limb holder coupled to the support platform in a fixed position relative to the support platform, and a second limb holder coupled to the support platform and spaced apart from the first limb holder. The first limb holder includes a multi-axis joint coupled to the support platform in a fixed position and a spar coupled to the multi-axis joint to move relative to the support platform while supporting a patient's limb that has been coupled to the spar.

    摘要： A carriage for a limb support includes a space for receiving a longitudinal member of a patient support apparatus, a plurality of rollers configured to engage the longitudinal member and a locking mechanism. The plurality of rollers is configured to maintain alignment of the carriage during movement of the carriage along the longitudinal member. The carriage also includes an elastomeric member that resists rotation to prevent unwanted motion of the carriage. The locking mechanism is configured to secure the carriage to the longitudinal member at any of an infinite number of positions along the length of the longitudinal member, the locking mechanism being lockable with a single action.

    摘要： A sterile hand connection device is used to attach a patient's arm to a cable adaptor of a surgical arm positioning apparatus. The cable adaptor is connected to two cable ends of a cable of the surgical arm positioning apparatus. The hand connection includes a clip, a buckle, and a wrap that is mounted to the clip. The buckle is attached to the cable adaptor and the clip snaps onto the buckle. The hand wrap is mounted to the clip and wraps around a patient's hand, wrist, and forearm.
