Abstract:
An extruder for extruding pasta in the form of a continuous thin strip in a pasta-making machine, more particularly for domestic use.The extruder comprises a first tubular body and a coaxial inner jacket defining a circular opening of predetermined diameter "D". A second tubular body having a flange comprises a coaxial cylindrical body held in position by a number of rigid radial elements defining passages and is engaged coaxially in body. The outer diameter "d" of body is less than the diameter "D" and defines a slot for extruding pasta in the form of a continuous tube which is automatically cut along a generatrix by a tooth secured to the outer surface of body. The components of extruder can be axially dismantled in order to remove residues of pasta after the extrusion process. Jacket also has projections which slow down the pasta as it travels in the passage, thus bringing it to the same speed as the pasta encountering the radial elements.
Abstract:
A household appliance for cleaning generic surfaces comprises a wheel mounted working head incorporating a steam generator and an air liquid part in communication with a suction conduit. This household appliance is particularly useful for cleaning floors, carpets, and the like.
Abstract:
A machine for making ice-cream and similar cold products is described, which has a freezing container insertable in and removable from a substantially cylindrical cooling chamber. The chamber is elastically-deformable and has a circular cross-section that is not completely closed on itself due to the presence of a passage. The passage is closed by a pair of shields and by a substantially bellows portion of elastically yielding and thermally insulating material. In this manner, a better thermal efficiency of the machine is obtained.
Abstract:
A steam iron assembly for domestic use includes an iron, a box-shaped base for supporting the iron, and a water reservoir pivotably mounted on the base for movement thereon as required. The base may also contain an automatic cablewinder and a water-softening filter. The steam iron assembly has notably reduced bulk in its inoperative position, but provides a wide surface for holding the iron during use thereof.
Abstract:
An ice cream-making apparatus is described wherein the freezer vessel is engageable in and disengageable from a cooling basket comprising two half-shell-like parts openable to receive the freezer vessel and to be clamped thereon. The cooling coil forming the basket is resiliently yieldable radially of the actual basket. In an apparatus of this kind effective contact is always ensured between the cooling coil and the freezer vessel, so that efficiency is very high.
Abstract:
Steam ironing apparatus comprises a steam iron, the body of which is formed with a steam generating evaporation chamber communicating with a plurality of through holes formed in the plate of the iron. A unit for supplying water to the steam generating chamber includes a water reservoir structurally independent of the iron, a duct for supplying water from the reservoir to the evaporation chamber and a cut-off valve carried by the iron and operable by a manual control located on the hand-grip of the iron to control the supply of water through the duct to the steam generating chamber.
Abstract:
An apparatus for generating steam at domestic level comprises a steam jet iron having an ironing plate formed with steam delivery orifices, a steam manifold removably associated with the ironing plate at the steam delivery orifices, and a delivery conduit hydraulically connected to the steam manifold.
Abstract:
A multi-purpose device comprises a freezing tank in which a two speed driven shaft is rotatably held. A whisk or whipping tool is secured to the shaft near the bottom of the tank, and a freezing tool is removably secured in rotation to the shaft, when desired. The device can combine the two basic functions of the complete process of producing ice cream: whipping and freezing, in the same tank.
