    摘要: Operation control circuits start a first operation of any of memory cores in response to a first operation command, start a second operation of any of the memory cores in response to a second operation command, and terminate the first operation and continue the second operation in response to a termination command to terminate operations of the plurality of memory cores. For example, the semiconductor memory is mounted on a system together with a controller accessing the semiconductor memory. The termination of the operation in response to the termination command is judged in accordance with an operation state of the memory core. Accordingly, it is possible to terminate the operation of the memory core requiring the termination of operation without specifying the memory core from outside.

    摘要: A preamplifier includes a single-ended amplifier, a differential amplifier, an operational amplifier, and a clipping circuit. The single-ended amplifier converts an input current signal into a voltage signal, outputs an amplified voltage signal according to a preset amplification gain. The differential amplifier includes first and second differential inputs, and outputs a negative-phase signal and a positive-phase signal. The amplified voltage signal is applied to the first differential input of the differential amplifier. The operational amplifier includes first and second inputs which respectively receive the negative-phase signal and the positive-phase signal, where an output of the operational amplifier is applied to the second differential input of the differential amplifier. The clipping circuit clips an amplitude of the negative-phase signal output by the differential amplifier.

    摘要: A character conversion apparatus makes a predictive search of a conversion database for conversion candidates on the basis of one or more characters inputted by use of a character input key. The apparatus obtains, in reference to a table, the total number of times the character input key is to be pressed down before inputting an unconverted character included in each of the searched conversion candidates and immediately following the one or more characters. The table contains characters assigned to the total numbers of times the character input key is pressed down. The apparatus determines the order of display, on a screen of a display device, of the conversion candidates to align with a descending order of the total number of times the character input key is to be pressed down before inputting the unconverted character. On the screen, the conversion candidates are displayed in the determined order of display. The apparatus receives confirmation of one of the conversion candidates.
