Abstract: A computer system displays a first user interface object and detects a first input directed to the first user interface object. If the first input does not meet a first input threshold and includes less than a threshold amount of movement, the computer system changes a mode of a control function corresponding to the user interface object from a first mode to a second mode; if the first input meets the first input threshold and includes less than the threshold amount of movement, the computer system displays a second user interface object that includes information corresponding to the control function; and if the first input meets the first input threshold and includes more than the threshold amount of movement after meeting the first input threshold, the computer system adjusts a respective control value of the control function in accordance with a movement of the first input.

Abstract: An electronic device detects a first input on a first input region separate from a display of the electronic device, including detecting a first portion of the first input followed by a second portion of the first input. In response to detecting the first input on the first input region: in accordance with a determination that the first portion of the first input satisfies a first set of one or more criteria, the electronic device displays, a first preview that corresponds to the first operation of the first application. Abstract: In some embodiments, an electronic device displays a playback user interface that is configured to playback content on the electronic device. While displaying the playback user interface that is configured to playback the content on the electronic device, the electronic device displays a scrubber bar for navigating through the content, wherein the scrubber bar includes: a visual indication of a current playback position within the content; and one or more playback time indications that include time values based on the current playback position within the content. A respective playback time indication of the one or more playback time indications is based on a time of day at the electronic device, and an amount of time that it will take to play the content from the current playback position to an end of the content at a respective content playback speed.

Abstract: A device with a display and a touch-sensitive surface displays a user interface including an object. While displaying the user interface, the device detects a first and a second portion of an input, where the first portion includes contact(s) at a location corresponding to the object and the second portion includes movement of the contact(s). In response: upon determining that the second portion was detected shortly after detecting the contact(s): when the first input has a first predefined number of contacts, the device drags the user interface object or a representation; and when the first input has a second predefined number of contacts, the device forgoes the dragging. Further in response, upon determining that the second portion was detected after the contact(s) had been detected at the location for at least the first threshold amount of time, the device drags the user interface object or the representation thereof.

Abstract: An electronic device detects a first swipe gesture in a respective direction from a first edge of the touch-sensitive display. Abstract: An electronic device provides, to a display, data to present a user interface that includes a plurality of user interface objects, and a current focus on a first user interface object. While the display is presenting the user interface, the electronic device receives an input that corresponds to a movement of a contact across on a touch-sensitive surface. The electronic device, in response to receiving the input and in accordance with a determination that a first axis is a dominant axis, moves the current focus along the first axis by a first amount and along the second axis by a second amount. The amount of movement of the current focus along the second axis is reduced to a first non-zero amount by a scaling factor that is based on one or more inputs received prior to receiving the input.
