摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting and preventing myopathy having a bean leaf extract as an active ingredient. The composition has an effect of inhibiting the overexpression of Atrogin1 and Murf1 specifically expressed in myocyte and restoring cell activity of myocyte to inhibit and prevent muscle loss by including the extract of bean leaf at stage R6 to R8 during the growth stage of bean.
