摘要: An artificial leather having a suede appearance and colours within the grey-black range and high colour fastness comprising a microfibrous component and an elastomeric matrix; the microfibrous component consisting of polyester microfibres having a count of 0.01 to 0.50 dtex; the elastomeric matrix consisting of polyurethane consisting of soft and hard segments; the ratio between the elastomeric matrix and the microfibrous component ranging from 20/80 and 50/50 by mass; the microfibrous component containing carbon black pigment in a percentage of 0.05 to 2.00% by mass; the elastomeric matrix containing carbon black pigment in a percentage of 0 to 10% by weight; the carbon black always having an average dimension smaller than 0.4 microns. The average length of the tassel is between 200 and 500 microns. The soft segments consist of at least one polycarbonate diol selected from polyalkylene carbonate diols and at least one polyester diol. The hard segments consist of urethane groups deriving from the reaction between free isocyanate groups and water. The total content of carbon black is between 0.025 and 6% by weight.

摘要: The present invention concerns a process for the preparation of a flocked material for coating surfaces and structures such as the interiors of automobiles, objects for interior decorating (walls, sofas, armchairs, etc.), handbags, suitcases or other accessories, covers or cases for weapons, musical instruments or electronic devices, or to make carpets and/or rugs, and that comprises the use of bicomponent fibres of the “island-in-the-sea” type of limited length (microfibres). The process of the invention comprises a step of partial and selective dissolution of the sea component by an alkaline removal agent, which makes it possible to obtain a flocked material characterized by improved resistance to abrasion and a more appealing appearance compared to flocked products of the prior art.

摘要: The present invention concerns a process for preparing a microfibrous multilayer composite material comprising: 1) realizing a non-woven microfibrous semi-finished product made up of microfibres of one or more polymers dispersed in a polyurethane matrix (semi-finished product IE); 2) cutting the semi-finished product lengthwise into two layers; 3) buffing at least one layer on one side (side N) so as to extract the microfibres and form the nap, thereby obtaining a semi-finished raw product; 4) cutting at least one semi-finished raw product lengthwise parallel to the surfaces, producing an non-woven intermediate product, containing the buffed side (side N) and a waste layer (containing the side that has not been buffed—side S); 5) coupling the non-woven intermediate product (on the side opposite side N) to a fabric made of polyethylene terephthalate fibres by means of the application of a thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive that can be cross-linked between the non-woven intermediate product and the fabric; 6) submitting the multilayer composite material to a jet dyeing process. The invention also concerns a multilayer composite material that can be obtained by the process of the invention and the use thereof for covering the internal side of roofs or headliners of vehicles and for covering furnishing elements.

The average length of the tassel is between 200 and 500 microns. The soft segments consist of at least one polycarbonate diol selected from polyalkylene carbonate diols and at least one polyester diol; the hard segments consist of urethane groups deriving from the reaction between free isocyanate groups and water; and the total content of carbon black is between 0.025 and 6% by weight.
