Abstract: Disclosed is use of a composition for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease and a metabolic disease. The composition includes hyaluronic acid nanoparticles formed in such a way that 5β-cholanic acid or polycaprolactone binds to a hydrophobic moiety of hyaluronic acid through self-assembly in an aqueous solution state.
