    摘要: A fuse in form of breaking fusant by fusing breaking and mechanical breaking includes hollow shell; arc extinguishing medium filled in the shell; at least one piece of fusant arranged in the shell; and conductive terminals provided as penetrating through shell wall and capable to be connected to external circuit, two ends of the fusant are respectively connected with the conductive terminals, at least one breaking device that mechanically breaks the fusant is provided in the shell; driving device arranged outside the shell, after receiving external excitation signal, drives the breaking device to break the fusant in one of linear and rotational displacement modes or their combination; blocking structures are arranged between the breaking device and the shell wall; and the fusant located in the arc extinguishing medium is provided with weak positions where mechanical breaking strength of the fusant is reduced and fusing is easy to be achieved.

The fuse includes: a housing, a closed chamber being provided in the housing and being filled with an arc extinguishing filler, and a first conductive terminal and a second conductive terminal which are used as a current input end and a current output end being respectively connected to the housing; a melt which is connected in series between the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal, at least part of the melt being disposed through the closed chamber; and an impact apparatus, which is arranged in the housing, is positioned outside the closed chamber, and is configured to act, when receiving an excitation signal, on the melt to generate an impact force to make the melt break in the closed chamber.

    摘要: An excitation protection device acting step by step with a single excitation source, including a shell body, an excitation source, impact devices and a conductor, wherein at least two impact devices respectively located in different cavities are provided in the shell body, one side of the impact device is provided with one excitation source, and the impact device and the excitation source are respectively in sealed contact with the cavities where the impact device and the excitation source are located; and the excitation source drives the impact devices to displace simultaneously or successively, and at least one of the impact devices breaks the conductor during the displacement process. The excitation protection device of the present disclosure can be used for the protection of battery packs and load circuits of electric vehicles, or in other power control circuits.
