Abstract:
A control arrangement for a hydraulic power transmission comprises a main valve slide, a precontrol valve slide for controlling the main valve slide, as well as an auxiliary valve slide for controlling flow of pressure fluid through a pressure channel leading from a pump to a hydraulic consumer, for instance to fluid operated cylinder and piston means. The arrangement includes further a control conduit branching off from the pressure channel and leading over a throttle, the precontrol valve slide and the auxiliary valve slide, in which the latter is movable between two end positions under the influence of a spring and the hydraulic pressure in a pressure chamber and arranged to control passage of fluid through the control conduit, and two adjustable throttles in the control conduit, respectively formed by the auxiliary valve slide and the precontrol valve slide. The various elements of the control arrangement are constructed and connected to each other to avoid under all operating conditions a throttling action causing the pump to work against an excessively high pressure.
Abstract:
Friction clutch for connecting a motor and transmission by rotationally locking and disconnecting them through a disengaging system acting upon parts of a clutch and against spring-biasing forces, the disengaging system including a guide slidable along a path located at the transmission side of the clutch, disengaging means acting upon the guide for sliding it along the path, antifriction bearing means having a bearing race connectible with the clutch at the motor side and a bearing race connected to the guide at the transmission side, a connection between the first race and parts of the clutch, at least part of the disengaging system being preassemblable, as a first sub-assembly, on the path at the transmission side, the clutch being preassemblable as a second sub-assembly at the motor side, and a locking device including matching lockable components on the sub-assemblies, and a connection between the sub-assemblies, one of the matching components of the locking device including an annular detent formed in one of the sub-assemblies and the other component of the locking device including at least one annular member supportable by a conical section of the other of the sub-assemblies and being axially spring-loadable to project radially from the conical section toward the detent, the member being annular and initially displaceable axially and radially along the conical section until it snaps into the detent to connect the motor and transmission.
Abstract:
A pigment composition for the dyeing of polyacrylonitrile polymers and copolymers prepared by adding a polyacrylonitrile polymer or copolymer as a support in the preparation of formation of the pigment and working up the pigment in usual manner. As support material there are suitable as well pure polyacrylonitrile as copolymers containing, in addition to acrylonitrile, one or more other copolymerizable monoolefinic monomers. The amount of support material to be added ranges from 20 to 80, preferably from 30 to 60% by weight, calculated on the finished composition. As pigments there may be used those which are prepared or formed in purely aqueous systems or in aqueous systems containing organic solvents, for example azo pigments or pigments of perylene tetracarboxylic acid or naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid, dioxazines, phthalocyanines, quinacridones, indigoids, anthraquinone dyestuffs, iron oxide and titanium dioxide. The pulverulent compositions thus obtained are especially suitable for the dyeing of spinning solutions of polyacrylonitrile fibers and the modifications thereof. They may be dispersed by simply stirring them into an appropriate spinning solvent.
