    摘要: A miniature speaker includes a frame having a base plate, a cover plate covering the frame and forming an accommodating space; a vibrating system fixed on the frame; and a magnetic circuit system for driving the vibrating system to vibrate. The magnetic circuit system includes a main magnet, a first pole plate attached to the main magnet, and two first side magnet components. Each of the first side magnet components includes a first side magnet, a second pole plate and a second side magnet stacked sequentially from the base plate along a direction toward the cover plate. A magnetizing direction of the first side magnet is opposite to that of the main magnet, and a magnetizing direction of the second side magnet is opposite to that of the first side magnet.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a device for preparing three dimensional (3D) nanofibers (blended or coaxial) materials by electrospinning. An automatic nanofiber collector device is used to control the porosity, pore size, crystallinity, geometry, the layer number and thickness of formed nanofibers. The automatic nanofiber collector device includes: (1) a collector platform; (2) a non-conductive device used to fix the collector device; (3) a plurality of electro-conductive wires or needles being pierced through the collector platform with various heights, and (4) the ends of the needles (at bottom) are wired and controlled by a microcontroller, providing forward, stand and backward movements for attached needles. The desired 3D nanofiber scaffold structures can be tailored by the micro-stepping programmable motor controller by changing the pattern and velocity of needle movement, generalized or selective needles movements, as well as intermittent versus continuous movement.

    摘要: A method of forming a polyanion active material that includes providing a carbon source, providing a mobile ion source, providing an active metal material, providing a network material, providing a flux material, and mixing the various materials. In one aspect, the mixing step may include grinding or pulverizing materials to a uniform fine mixture. In one aspect, a ball mill may be utilized to mix the components. Following the mixing of the materials, the mixture is heated to a predetermined temperature in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to form a reaction product. In one aspect, the mixture is heated to a temperature above a melting temperature of the flux material. In this manner, the flux material provides a medium in which the various reactants may react to form the desired reaction product. Following the heating of the mixture the reaction product is washed, forming a carbon coated polyanion active material. Also disclosed is a polyanion active material that includes the in situ reaction product of a carbon source, mobile ion source, active metal material, network material, and a flux material wherein the polyanion active material includes a carbon coating formed thereon.
