摘要： Disclosed are chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) polypeptides comprising a CD229 antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain, wherein the CD229 binding domain is a variant CD229 antigen binding domain. Disclosed are chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) polypeptides comprising a CD229 antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain, wherein the CD229 antigen binding domain comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:134, SEQ ID NO:53, or SEQ ID NO:84. Disclosed are methods of using the CAR polypeptides or antibodies comprising the same CD229 antigen binding domain as the CAR polypeptides.
