摘要： An elongate chain member having first and second ends is arranged for biased securement relative to the first and second ends for mounting peripherally about a brake rotor during a training procedure to dampen vibrations and audible noise. The invention is arranged to further include vibration dampener blocks within individual links of the chain member.
