Abstract:
An apparatus for scrubbing and mopping a surface, which comprises, a supporting carrier, including a block and scrubbing structure carried by the carrier, to project toward the surface for scrubbing that surface; a first structure for attaching an elongated handle to the carrier to extend in a first direction from the carrier; and structure for attaching a mop to the carrier with mop strands extending in generally parallel relation with that surface and in mopping contact therewith as the scrubbing structure simultaneously engages that surface, for simultaneous mopping and scrubbing of that surface, as the handle extends at an angle to the surface to displace the carrier, scrubbing structure and mop parallel to the floor surface; and including the mop having a head band attached to the carrier at a first side of the carrier, there being at least two grommets attached to the head band to define through openings for passing fasteners that attach the mop to the carrier. Surface treatment methods are also provided, and involving related applications of pesticide and restorative or traction materials.
Abstract:
An apparatus for scrubbing and mopping a surface, comprising in combination, a supporting carrier, including a block and scrubbing media carried by the carrier, to project toward the surface for scrubbing that surface; first structure for attaching an elongated handle to the carrier to extend in a first direction from the carrier; and second manually manipulable structure for attaching a mop to the carrier, with mop strands extending in generally parallel relation with that surface and in mopping contact therewith, as the scrubbing media simultaneously engages that surface, for simultaneous mopping and scrubbing of that surface, as the handle extends at an angle to the surface to displace the carrier, bristles and mop parallel to the surface.
Abstract:
A method for maintaining a dynamic reference repository within an enterprise architecture domain, comprises discovering pertinent input(s) to the dynamic reference repository. These newly discovered pertinent inputs are then retrieved to the dynamic reference repository. After retrieval, the pertinent input(s) to the dynamic reference repository are managed and distributed within the enterprise architecture domain.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a pliable mop bucket insert, which can be adapted to fit various buckets and wringers with different geometries. The present invention also provides a device for receiving dirty washing liquid from a mop and containing clean washing liquid for wetting a mop separately, which includes a main container for containing the clean washing liquid, an insert being removably attached to the bucket for receiving the dirty liquid, and a wringer located inside the insert and supported by the bucket. A flexible bag is further provided with the insert to contain dirty washing liquid.
Abstract:
A fire resistant panel includes at least four parallel vertically extending sheets of gypsum. The sheets are fastened together in a spaced apart arrangement with two outer sheets and two inner sheets positioned between the outer sheets to define a member having first and second opposite vertically extending sides. Vertically extending sheets of steel are in contact with and cover both sides of the member. The upper support for the member defines a circuitous path from one side of the member to the other. A bottom seal is supported by the member and includes a weight mechanism attached to the bottom seal. The weight is pivotally movable and biases the bottom seal downwardly for engagement with a floor.
Abstract:
A method for cleaning or restoring a surface using a mop that is attached to a carrier block. A flowable pesticide or restorative material is applied and removed by passing the mop over and in contact with the material that is applied in closely timed relationship. The method further utilizes different mops attached to the carrier block for each phase, one of which has grommets for attaching the mops to the carrier block.
