    Abstract: An overmolding valve and a bottle are provided, relating to the technical field of bottles. The overmolding valve includes a rigid connecting ring used for connecting to a water outlet of a bottle body, and a flexible valve body, where the flexible valve body and the rigid connecting ring are integrally formed and fixedly connected and cover the water outlet, a valve port is arranged in middle of the flexible valve body, the flexible valve body is squeezed and deformed to open the valve port. The present disclosure solves the problem that the gasket and nozzle in the prior art are easy to fall off, resulting in the valve falling off and failure during use.

    Abstract: A flexible label and a bottle, related to the technical field of packaging labels. The flexible label includes a flexible base arranged on an outer wall of a bottle body and a pattern layer arranged on an outer surface of the flexible base; two side edges of a width direction of the flexible base are configured to curve-shaped to make the two side edges of the flexible base arranged on the bottle body are orthographically projected as straight lines in a vertical plane. The present disclosure solves the problem in the prior art that the side edge of the label becomes bent in the length direction in a front view, affecting the user's experience and leading to decreased sales.

    Abstract: A leakproof cap of a soft water bottle and a water bottle are disclosed. The leakproof cap includes a cap body having an installation cavity with a screw thread circumferentially arranged on a side of the installation cavity, and a sealing member annularly arranged on another side of the installation cavity that is opposite to the screw thread at a predetermined distance. The sealing member is an elastic sealing member and a side of the sealing member facing the screw thread has a plurality of sealing rings. The sealing rings are arranged concentrically and evenly, and a sealing cavity is formed between adjacent sealing rings. When the bottle opening deforms following the bottle body, the sealing member adapts to the deformation and blocks the liquid through the plurality of sealing rings.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a valve device and a blow molding system. The valve device is applied to a blow mold and one or two decorative leathers for affixing to a bottle body is/are placed in the blow mold. The valve device comprises a base and at least one pintle arranged on the base, with one pintle being inserted into a vacuum suction hole of the blow mold. The valve device opens the vacuum suction holes to create negative pressure and enable decorative leather to be adsorbed to the inner wall of the blow mold, and blocks the vacuum suction holes to achieve detachment between the decorative leather and the inner wall of the blow mold, to adhere the decorative leather to the bottle body to complete the production.
