摘要: A decorative film structure includes: a surface layer constituted by a transparent or translucent resin layer; an achromatic layer constituted by dots provided on a back surface of the surface layer; and a metal luster layer provided on the back surface of the surface layer to fill a gap between the dots. As surface roughness of a front surface of the surface layer, an Ra is 2 μm or less and either an Rmax is 4 μm or less or a Sm is 50 μm or more. A lightness L* of the achromatic layer is 0-80. An area of each dot when viewed from a front side of the surface layer is 10−3-105 μm2. A dot area percentage per a unit area when viewed from the front side of the surface layer is 1-80%. A stimulus value Y45° of the metal luster layer is 10000 or more.

摘要: An image pickup lens unit, in which a holder body and a cover can be easily connected together, without additional components and a resin flow path for the connection. A lens 10 is positioned in a first holder member 20 which remains in a mold. A second holder member 30 for preventing the lens 10 from falling off is molded such that it is welded to the first holder member having the lens 10 positioned therein. This facilitates molding of the second holder member 30 and joining of the second holder member 30 to the first holder member 20 at the same time. Since there is no need to provide a resin flow path for joining the first holder member 20 and the second holder member 30 together, the image pickup lens unit can be made small in size.

摘要: A textile made by weaving while crossing stainless wires as warp yarn and silk yarns as weft yarn one by one alternately, and this textile is attached to a frame body to configure a wire grid. The pitch for the stainless wires is determined depending on a wavelength to be polarized and analyzed. Furthermore, the silk yarns are removed if necessary. This configuration avoids problems with cutting of metal wire or irregular intervals between metal wires because of long fine metal wires tightened parallel to each other in the frame body, and problems such as multiple reflection or interference on a substrate or a base material because of fine wire patterns made by etching or the like with the use of the substrate or base material, thereby obtaining an easily-manufactured, low-cost and high-precision wire grid for polarization and analysis of electromagnetic waves.
