The system includes at least one computer having access to networks and servers to collect and synthesize accounting, training, and personnel data, in order to calculate costs and benefits of training. The method for calculating costs and benefits includes steps of collecting data, calculating contributions by members of the organization, calculating costs incurred by members of the organization, and correlating contributions made by members with training received by members of the organization.
