    摘要: A machine tool health monitoring method which is to use a predetermined plurality of vibration sensors on a plurality of components of a machine tool and to drive motors of the machine tool to excite the machine tool using an electronic device while the health status of the machine tool is good, and then to perform a diagnostic process to obtain a characteristic cluster consisting of a plurality of modals, and then to define the characteristic cluster as a sample health characteristic cluster. The diagnostic process includes the procedures of vibration transmissibility obtaining, singular value decomposition, curve fitting and modal establishing. In addition, excite the machine tool and proceed the diagnosis process to obtain a current health characteristic cluster. Finally, the current health characteristic cluster is compared with the sample health characteristic cluster to judge whether the machine tool is healthy or not.

    摘要: A machine tool of high-frequency vibration is provided. A main shaft structure of the machine tool comprises a rotating shaft, the end of which is provided with a tool holder chuck for fixing a tool holder; the upper portion of which is provided with a rotating coil portion; the main shaft structure is correspondingly provided with a stationary coil portion; and the tool holder is provided with a high-frequency vibration module. By non-contact coils, an external electric power/signal can be transmitted into the high-frequency vibration module to avoid a wear phenomenon in a contact-rotating electrode. Because the inductive coil is arranged outside of the tool holder, the manufacturing cost of the tool holder is reduced, and the convenience of changing the tool holder is increased. Moreover, the machining stability and efficiency of the tool holder are improved by a control method of sensing/feedback signals with wireless transmission.

    摘要: A processing apparatus with a novel structure where a tool side rotates in relation to a main body side, capable of producing excellent quality transmission of an electrical signal from the tool side to the main body side with a simpler and more compact composition, and capable of driving an ultrasonic transducer provided on the tool side more effectively. A pair of signal coils are disposed between the main body side and the tool side so as to be able to transmit an electrical signal, and a power supply frequency to the ultrasonic transducer provided to the tool side is controlled by a power supply control member. At least one of the signal coils is provided with a coil winding path that reduces noise electromotive force generated due to an effect from power coils provided to the main body side and the tool side.
