    Abstract: An object includes a housing, a cone received in the housing, a piston body attached to the cone, a gas evolution compound disposed in the object, an interface between the housing and the piston body, an interface feed fluidly connecting the gas evolution compound with the interface, and a trigger to evolve gas from the compound at a selected circumstance. A method for moving a tool including running an object into a borehole, counting features in the borehole using a sensor in the object, evolving gas from the gas evolution compound at a selected count, pressurizing the interface with the evolved gas, driving the piston body, and moving a shoulder member toward a larger diameter end of the cone. A borehole system including a borehole in a subsurface formation, a string disposed in the borehole, and an object disposed within or as a part of the string.

    Abstract: A portable protection apparatus includes a protective shield, a handle, a rechargeable battery, electrical circuitry configured to be powered by the rechargeable battery, and a first display element positioned on a first side of the protective shield. The first display element is configured to selectively display an instructional message when directed by the electrical circuitry, wherein the first display element is configured to be visible at a distance from the first side of the protective shield. The portable protection apparatus also includes a second display element positioned on a second side of the protective shield configured to display the instructional message to the user holding the protective shield.

    Abstract: Casting jigs, methods, and kits that may be used in manufacture of anatomical healing caps. A casting jig may include a body having one or more wells within the body, each well being open at a proximal end thereof and having a negative shape corresponding to an anatomical healing cuff body of a given tooth position. The casting jig includes an opening through the bottom surface through which an elongate handle may be inserted, allowing a temporary abutment to be coupled into the distal end of the elongate handle, so that the abutment is disposed in the well, held in place by the handle, as it is used as a core about which the anatomical healing cuff body is formed. A crown forming jig for forming an inexpensive, chair-side prepared bis-acrylic temporary crown that may be easily and quickly installed over the anatomical healing cuff body is also disclosed.

    Abstract: Methods of taking an impression or scan of a patient's oral cavity without requiring removal of a healing cap coupled within the implant in the subgingival void. The method may include providing an anatomical healing cap received within the subgingival void of a given tooth position, where the anatomical healing cap is coupled into an implant in the void. A scanning body or an impression post is inserted into an open end (e.g., the hollow core) of the anatomical healing cap, in-situ, with the anatomical healing cap positioned in the subgingival void, and the implant thereunder (or thereover for a maxillary tooth position). The scanning body or impression post is used as a reference in making the impression or scan. Because this is done without requiring removal of the healing cap, further collapse of the gingival tissue surrounding the void is prevented.

    Abstract: A dispensing station houses several container stations in which various powdered materials can be placed for dispensing. The container stations can each include a canister mount that accepts a standard sized canister of powdered material, and can be disposed on a rotating structure that can be rotated by a user to select one of the container stations for dispensing a powdered material held in the selected container station. The rotating structure can further include dispensing trucks located underneath the container stations. The dispensing trucks can dispense a measured quantity of the powdered material when a dispending truck for the selected container station is activated. Activation of dispensing trucks can be controlled and enabled subject to receiving a payment.

The form manager component may be operative on the logic device to manage one or more forms for a user interface of the application during a run-time mode of the application.
