摘要： An apparatus and method for forming a keyway in a workpiece is provided. The apparatus includes a shank and cutter, the shank and cutter immovably associated with respect to each other during the keyway forming operation. The apparatus is engageable with a computer numeric controlled machine. The method of forming a keyway in a workpiece includes a reciprocating, chiseling motion for removing layers of material from the workpiece.
