At least one locking assembly is positioned on at least one of the at least two arms and comprises a plurality of lock surface features configured to couple to the plurality of support member surface features. In a locked position, the at least one of the at least two arms is enabled to slide in the first direction. In an unlocked position, the at least one of the at least two arms is enabled to slide in the second direction.

The method includes connecting a configurator program to a device installed with a first operating system; presenting a graphical user interface comprising a plurality of device details; initiating a configuration process; backing up the device to a backup file local to the configurator program; presenting a graphical user interface comprising a plurality of firmware versions; receiving a selection of a selected firmware version from the plurality of firmware versions; validating that the selected firmware version is available, and responsive to the selected firmware version not being available local to the configurator program, downloading the selected firmware version from an external system; updating the device to a second operating system without erasing any user data of the device; restoring the device using the backup file; supervise the device with an application; enrolling the application with a server; and restoring the device with the first operating system.

When unlocked, the barrier portion is enabled to pivot between an open and closed position.

At least two holders are partially positioned between the guide and the support and define a plurality of complimentary surface features. A lock assembly is configured move between an unlocked state and a locked state. In an unlocked state, the at least two holders are enabled to move in a first direction that is away from the support and in an opposing second direction to move the at least two holders towards the support. In a locked state, the lock assembly moves the guide to clamp the at least two holders between the guide and the support to engage the surface features of the guide with those of the holders and inhibit movement of the at least two holders in the first direction.
