The passenger seat includes a first side, a second side opposite from the first side, and a forward-facing surface extending between the first side and the second side. The retractable divider assembly is attached to the passenger seat proximate to the first side of the passenger seat and includes a divider. The divider is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. In the deployed position, the divider extends in a forward direction relative to the forward-facing surface of the passenger seat.
