摘要： In one aspect there is provided an apparatus to transmit hydraulic force to a snubbing unit's traveling slip assembly. The apparatus comprises a first hydraulic power source having a hydraulic connection to the traveling slip assembly, a hydraulic power source actuator to actuate the hydraulic power source to cause it to transmit hydraulic force to or from the traveling slip assembly. Rotation isolation means are provided to rotationally isolate the hydraulic power source actuator from the first hydraulic power source, and to transfers axial and radial loads between the hydraulic power source actuator 65 and the first hydraulic power source. The first hydraulic power source is mounted to the traveling slip assembly so as to co-rotate therewith.

摘要： In one aspect there is provided a selective flow port downhole apparatus comprising a tubular housing with at least one housing port and an interior volume. An actuation mechanism actuates the apparatus between a running position and a ports open position. When in the running position, the housing port is sealed to prevent fluid communication from the apparatus' interior volume through said at least one housing port. When the apparatus is actuated to the ports open position, fluid communication is then established between the inside volume and the outside of the tubular housing, through the housing port. The apparatus may be actuated by one or more balls.

摘要： A drill string connect tool comprises a housing having first and second sections. The first section has a first recess, and the second section has a second recess. The tool and the first and sections may be in a connected configuration or a disconnected configuration. The connect tool comprises at least one tension member placeable within, and suitable to transfer tensile forces between, the first and second sections when in the connected configuration. A retaining member can retain the tension member within the first and second recesses. The retaining member is selectively dissolvable by a dissolving fluid, while the remaining components of the tool can withstand the dissolving fluid. When exposed to a dissolving fluid, the retaining member dissolves, allowing the tension member to exit the first and second recesses, thereby actuating the tool to the disconnected configuration.
