    Abstract: A shareable battery pack for a portable ultrasonic apparatus, a trolley, a power supply system, and a portable ultrasonic system. The trolley can be connected to the portable ultrasonic apparatus and/or the shareable battery pack to supply power so as to extend operation time. Alternatively, the trolley is used to support the portable ultrasonic apparatus and/or the shareable battery pack without supplying power to extend operation time. In an embodiment, the shareable battery pack can be removed from the trolley, and then be fixedly connected to the portable ultrasonic apparatus to form an integral unit and serve as an external battery for the portable ultrasonic apparatus. Such design enables the portable ultrasonic apparatus to have extended operation time without relying on the trolley and requires only one shareable battery pack in special situations, thereby enhancing convenience of use.

    Abstract: An ultrasound transient elasticity measurement device and a transient elasticity measurement method are provided. The device includes an ultrasound probe including a vibrator, a transmitting/receiving sequence controller, and a data processor. The method includes: transmitting a first ultrasound wave according to a first transmitting/receiving control sequence, and receiving an echo thereof; generating an ultrasound image according to the echo of the first ultrasound wave, and displaying the same; detecting a region of interest on the ultrasound image selected by a user; a vibrator driving the ultrasound probe to vibrate; transmitting a second ultrasound wave according to a second transmitting/receiving control sequence, and receiving an echo thereof, the second transmitting/receiving control sequence being determined according to the region of interest on the ultrasound image selected by the user; and calculating, according to the echo of the second ultrasound wave, the transient elasticity result of the region of interest.

    Abstract: Provided are a sample analyzer and a sample analysis method. The sample analyzer includes: a sampling apparatus configured to collect a blood sample; a sample preparation apparatus configured to mix the blood sample with a hemolytic agent and a dye to prepare a test sample liquid; an optical detection apparatus configured to detect side-scattered light signals and fluorescence signals generated by particles in the test sample liquid; and a processor configured to: generate a scatter diagram based on at least the side-scattered light signals and the fluorescence signals, and obtain a predetermined feature region, wherein an intensity of side-scattered light corresponding to a central position of the predetermined feature region is greater than an intensity of side-scattered light corresponding to a central position of a region containing neutrophil granulocyte population; and obtain a blast cell parameter based on the predetermined feature region.

    Abstract: A blood detection method is provided, including: treating a blood sample with a first reagent to obtain a test sample, wherein the first reagent includes a hemolytic agent for lysing red blood cells in the blood sample into fragments having light scattering characteristics significantly different from those of platelets; passing particles in the test sample through a detection area of an optical detection system one by one, to obtain optical information of the test sample; and obtaining optical information of platelets according to at least two types of the optical information of the test sample. In the method, a platelet count is obtained by lysing red blood cells in a blood sample, and white blood cell subpopulations can be also differentiated.

    Abstract: A method for measuring parameters in an ultrasonic image, includes: obtaining an ultrasound image by receiving ultrasound echoes from a target tissue with an ultrasound probe and contains an area representing the target tissue; displaying the ultrasound image; obtaining multiple measurement items to be measured; determining multiple anatomical feature items whose positions are to be determined during a measurement of the multiple measurement items according to a relevance among the multiple measurement items, to obtain a feature set that comprises the multiple anatomical feature items and whose anatomical feature items are different from each other; determining positions of the anatomical feature items in the feature set in the ultrasound image; calculating values of the multiple measurement items according to the positions of the anatomical feature items in the feature set; and outputting the values of the multiple measurement items.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a sample testing method and a sample analyzer, the method including: obtaining a sample to be tested; providing a reagent, the reagent including a hemolytic agent, a first fluorescent dye and a third fluorescent dye; mixing the sample and the reagent to form a sample solution; making the sample solution flow in a flow cell in a single test, irradiating the particles by using a first light source and a second light source, and detecting scattered light signals, first fluorescence signals and third fluorescence signals; obtaining a classification result and/or a counting result of white blood cells in the sample to be tested based on the first fluorescence signals and the scattered light signals; and obtaining a counting result of nucleated red blood cells in the sample to be tested based on the third fluorescence signals and the scattered light signals.
