Abstract: A system is disclosed. The system includes at least one physical memory device to store scaling correction logic and one or more processors coupled with the at least one physical memory device to execute the scaling correction logic to receive first measured print image data associated with printed test marks on a first print medium from a first side of a first page image of a print job and second measured print image data associated with printed test marks on the first print medium from a second side of the first page image, generate a first side scaling factor based on the first measured print image data and a second side scaling factor based on the second measured print image data, generate a first page scaling factor including the first side scaling factor and the second side scaling factor and generate a scaling factor correction based on the page scaling factor.

Abstract: Systems and methods of recommending replacement of printheads. In an embodiment, a system identifies deployed printhead data for a plurality of deployed printheads, operates a first neural network trained to generate deployment anomaly scores for the deployed printheads, operates a recurrent second neural network trained to scale the deployment anomaly scores generated by the first neural network to produce scaled anomaly scores for the deployed printheads, and provides a replacement recommendation for one or more of the deployed printheads based on the scaled anomaly scores for the deployed printheads.

Abstract: A microbial sensor, system, and method that can be used to determine a chemical environment and/or substrate concentrations in anaerobic or aerobic environments, such as soils, sediments and ground waters, are disclosed. An exemplary system uses one or more (e.g., inert) measurement electrodes and a reference electrode. The reference electrode can include an electrode exposed to atmospheric oxygen (e.g., a cathode) or an electrode exposed to stable anaerobic or aerobic conditions. The exemplary microbial sensor system measures open-circuit voltage to characterize the chemical (oxidizing or reducing) environment and/or recovery voltage to measure substrate concentrations in the subsurface.

Abstract: A water rinsing apparatus is disclosed for spraying water upwardly against the underbody of a vehicle to rinse and clean the surfaces thereof. The water rinsing apparatus includes a water delivery tube connectable at its inlet end to a garden hose, and at its outlet end to a manifold which distributes water to a plurality of upwardly directed water spray nozzles mounted in the body of the manifold. Abstract: The present invention comprises a closed loop elastic strap having at least a primary thickness, a width and an adjustable length. The length is adjustable by feeding the elastic strap through a buckle with one end of the elastic strap attached to a loop with another portion of the elastic strap fed through the same loop and the other end of the elastic strap attached to a portion of the same buckle.The closed loop elastic strap can be stretched around (but not limited to) the end of a picnic table to hold a tablecloth in place or around the top of (but not limited to) a beach chair or lounge chair to hold a towel in place during windy or adverse conditions.

Abstract: In a well related to the production of hydrocarbons, an injection apparatus including: a base pipe including a radial port; an in-flow control device including a flow restriction device and a housing, with the housing being external and concentric of the base pipe. The housing includes a closed end portion and an open, opposite end portion and a housing channel communicating the opposite end portion. The flow restriction device is disposed at an intermediate location along the housing channel and adapted to control a rate of flow along the housing channel. A fluid transmissive screen is concentric of the base pipe and extends from the open, opposite end portion of the housing. A check valve assembly is interposed between the opposite end portion of the housing and a screened space.
