摘要: When a hub (40) is in an initial position at which it is located on the front end side of an inner cavity of a shield (20), an inner needle (50) penetrates an outer needle (30) and protrudes from a leading end of the outer needle to the outside, and when the hub is in a retracted position at which it is located on the rear end side of the inner cavity of the shield, the inner needle is housed within the inner cavity of the shield. A first side hole (31) is formed in an outer circumferential face of the outer needle, and a second side hole (51) is formed in an outer circumferential face of the inner needle. When the hub is in the initial position, an inner circumferential face of a region (33) of the outer needle that contains the first side hole is in close contact with the outer circumferential face of the inner needle, and the second side hole is located closer to the hub than the region where the inner circumferential face of the outer needle is in close contact with the outer circumferential face of the inner needle. Thus, a priming operation for filling a gap between the inner needle and the outer needle with blood can be easily performed, and leakage of blood through the side hole of the outer needle during puncture does not occur.

摘要: A flow control apparatus 1 including a tubular outside member 4, a tubular inside member 10 placed in the outside member 4, and a valve member 20 is used. The inside member 10 includes a through-hole 14 passing through a side wall in a thickness direction and a contact portion 11 that is in contact with the outside member 4, which are arranged in that order in a direction from one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The valve member 20 is placed in the opening 17 of the inside member 10. The valve member 20 passes only a fluid supplied at a set pressure or higher in a direction from the one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The outside member 4 is formed so as to form a gap communicating with the through hole 14 between the outside member 4 and the contact portion 11 due to elastic deformation caused by an external force. The gap forms a flow path of a fluid in combination with the through-hole 14.

摘要: The present invention aims at offering: a syringe connectable to a port in a fixed manner as well as capable of demonstrating high operational performance even in the case of direct connection where a connector is not used; a connector used for the syringe; and a syringe able to attach the connector thereto. For the attainment of the above objectives, the medical syringe of the present invention is a medical syringe including a cyrindrical connection supporting member which enhances the holding force of a luer part inserted into a port when the medical syringe is connected to the port. The connection supporting member is set by sliding along the luer or a syringe body in a state of being movable between a first position near a tip of the luer and a second position away from the tip of the luer. The medical syringe is characterized in that, when the connection supporting member is moved to the second position, the tip of the luer part is exposed.

摘要: A flow control apparatus 1 including a tubular outside member 4, a tubular inside member 10 placed in the outside member 4, and a valve member 20 is used. The inside member 10 includes a through-hole 14 passing through a side wall in a thickness direction and a contact portion 11 that is in contact with the outside member 4, which are arranged in that order in a direction from one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The valve member 20 is placed in the opening 17 of the inside member 10. The valve member 20 passes only a fluid supplied at a set pressure or higher in a direction from the one opening 16 to the other opening 17. The outside member 4 is formed so as to form a gap communicating with the through hole 14 between the outside member 4 and the contact portion 11 due to elastic deformation caused by an external force. The gap forms a flow path of a fluid in combination with the through-hole 14.

摘要: A fluid control device is characterized in that the device is structured of a hollow first fluid path (21) and second fluid path (22), a housing portion (1) formed between the first fluid path and the second fluid path and having a hollow portion with a cross-sectional area larger than cross-sectional areas of both fluid paths, and a valve member (3) that has a main body (31) and a projection portion (32) that are installed in an opening portion where the first fluid path is connected to the hollow portion and that is formed of an elastic material. The fluid control device enables the circulation of liquid when the pressure of liquid flowing from the first fluid path toward the second fluid path is more than a predetermined level. The fluid control device enables accurate and safe measurement of pressure including blood pressure, and, when flushing operation of an infusion circuit etc. is finished, the device enables speedy lowering of pressure to a value that accurately reflects blood pressure of a patient and enables obtaining of a necessary flow rate in a region where pressure is relatively low.

摘要: A septum (1) is held in the cavity of a cover (6) and mounted on a pedestal (7) forming part of a flow channel, and comprises a main body having a through passageway and compression ribs formed in the sides thereof. In the main body, the vertical diameter of the cross section orthogonal to the through passageway is longer than the transverse diameter, and the through passageway includes a vertical diameter direction slit (4) formed in the vicinity of the outer end surface of the main body, and a hole (5) that is formed in a region extending from the slit to the inner end surface of the main body and whose cross section is spindle-shaped having a longer axis extending in the vertical diameter direction. The compression ribs are formed in the opposite sides of the main body in the transverse diameter direction, and the cavity of the cover is of circular cross section whose diameter is shorter than the outer surface spacing between the compression ribs. With the septum mounted, a space is defined between part of the surface of the main body and the inner wall surface of the cover. Further, the hole is closed by a compressive force acting on the septum from the inner wall surface of the cover through the compression ribs. The through passageway in the septum hardly forms a dead space that would cause a residual liquid therein, and the slit in the septum surface hardly opens even at the time of pressurization.

摘要: A container cap or a liquid communication adapter attachable to a container mouth having a conventional rubber-like stopper. A container cap includes at least one disk-like valve provided with an insertion hole in a central portion thereof, and a cover for restraining the valve by covering at least an upper periphery of the valve. A lower periphery on a back surface of the valve is supported by a seating portion of a container mouth or a seating portion of a joint that is supported by the container mouth, and the container cap has an anchor for anchoring an insertion member to the cap by using a peripheral edge forming a fitting hole in the cover, while inserting the insertion member into the insertion hole.
