摘要： In a press section in a paper or board machine, the transfer of a web (W) is accomplished as a closed draw through the press section. The press section has at least three separate press nips (N1, N2, N3). In the first nip dewatering takes place on two sides. The closed draw of the web (W) through the press section is accomplished as a substantially straight run. The press nips each have their own fabric loops (20, 21; 30; 40, 41). The nips (N2, N3) following after the first nip (N1) have one water-receiving fabric (30, 40), which is placed in the nip (N2, N3) on the opposite side of the web (W) with respect to the other nip in the running direction of the web in the machine.

摘要： An arrangement is disclosed for controlling the web in a press section of a paper of board machine wherein the press section includes a press nip and two fabrics arranged to travel through it. In addition, the press section includes a suction roll with a suction apparatus fitted after the press nip. The suction apparatus includes at least one suction case, which is arranged in a closing throat and/or an opening throat formed by one of the fabrics and the suction roll. The suction case is also arranged before and/or after the suction roll in the edge of the fabric in order to create a suction effect in a narrow edge area of the web.

摘要： A web (W) passes through a press section having two separate press nips (N1, N2). At least the first press nip (N1) has two water-receiving press felts (31, 41). After the first nip (N1), the web (W) is separated from one press felt (31/41) and transferred on support of the opposite press felt (41/31) through the second press nip (N2). One roll of the first nip (N1) is a press suction roll (11, 110) and the web (W) is transferred to follow the press felt (31, 41) on the side of said press suction roll (11, 110) by means of an underpressure in a suction zone (11a, 110a) of said press suction roll (11, 110). The press felt (31, 41) on the side of the press suction roll (11, 110) is also passed through the second nip (N2) of the press section.
