摘要： An infant carrier holder has a floor with a ramp and sidewalls and is mounted to a shopping cart. The ramp and sidewalls can contribute to stably supporting an infant carrier. The holder serves as a mechanical interface between an infant carrier, which can be received in the holder, and the shopping cart. The holder can be concavely shaped to assist in shopping cart nesting in addition to supporting a received infant carrier at a desired angle. The holder can be adjustably mounted to a gate or a basket of the shopping cart and may/may not interfere with nesting operations. The holder permits an infant carrier to be supported on a shopping cart without using a significant amount of shopping cart space or interfering with nesting operations.

摘要： A terminator for a pallet guard assembly is composed of a thin panel portion that can enclose a portion of a pallet directly adjacent another structure without spacing the pallet substantially from the structure. The pallet may be enclosed on one or more sides by a pallet guard assembly, with the terminator permitting an open or free side that can be placed directly adjacent a structure while maintaining the pallet guard assembly in position around the pallet. The pallet guard terminator may be constructed to have multiple orientations to permit attachment to the pallet guard assembly members having different orientations. The pallet guard terminator may be constructed to have a single orientation to interfit with specific members of a pallet guard assembly.

摘要： A seatbelt assembly with a buckle has male and female mating parts, in which the male part includes features to prevent disengagement operation by a child. The child resistant features include added ribs, webbing in the form of flanges or struts, or barbs or prongs that increase the difficulty for disengaging the buckle. The female part can have an arcuate outer surface to increase the overall durability of the buckle and resist damaging external forces or damaging misuse. The female part can also be provided with lateral shoulders to make the female part harder to withdraw and thus more child resistant. The seatbelt assembly with the child resistant buckle can be operated easily by an adult, while remaining secure from disengagement by a typical child.

摘要： A child resistant buckle has two separate operations that are completed to permit the buckle to be disengaged. The buckle is provided as two interfitting components, which can be joined in at least two orientations while permitting the two operation disengagement to be maintained. The two operations may be sequentially or concurrent and can require a certain degree of force to permit actuation. The buckle composed of a plug and socket is oriented on a seat so that the plug is presented on a right hand side of a child and the socket is presented on a left hand side so that the clasped buckle is more difficult for the seated child to disengage.
