Abstract: A circuit substrate includes: a first metal that has a first standard electrode potential; a second metal that is stacked on the upper surface of the first metal and has a second standard electrode potential higher than the first standard electrode potential; and a coating that coats the upper surface of the second metal and includes a functional organic molecule. The functional organic molecule includes a first molecular skeleton that includes: a first bond portion in which a sulfur atom having a negative oxidation number is bonded to a carbon atom; and a second bond portion in which a nitrogen atom having a negative oxidation number is bonded to the carbon atom. In the coating, the first molecular skeleton has tautomerism where a first structure in which the nitrogen atom is bonded to a hydrogen atom and a second structure in which the sulfur atom is bonded to the hydrogen atom are isomerized to each other.

Abstract: A transmission method is performed by a transmitter including antenna elements. The transmission method includes: generating a digital calibration signal; performing digital-to-analog conversion on second digital signals to generate first analog signals, the second digital signals being obtained by adding the digital calibration signal to each of a plurality of first digital signals each corresponding to respective one of the antenna elements; performing analog-to-digital conversion on the first analog signals to generate third digital signals each corresponding to respective one of the antenna elements, the first analog signals each passing through respective one of the antenna elements; performing correlation calculation between the digital calibration signal and each of the third digital signals to calculate transmission delay characteristics each corresponding to respective one of the antenna elements; calculating transmission delay correction amounts based on the transmission delay characteristics; and correcting the transmission delay characteristics based on the transmission delay correction amounts.

In a wired communication mode, while the communications unit is operating in the wired communication mode, the wired communications unit transmits, by a wired communication method, the operations data stored in the storage unit.
