Systems and methods for upfront vehicle pricing management may include an independently owned online system which may provide a consumer with an upfront dealership price for a vehicle trim as a category. A vehicle pricing management system may collect vehicle pricing information from multiple sources, provide pricing feedback information, and provide alerts for various pricing changes. Dealers and other non-broker entities may be able to interact with the system and submit dealership prices, and may receive real-time feedback in terms of price effectiveness for the dealer and yield of consumer buy-in.

Embodiments disclosed herein provide a solution in determining a lead value and making an introduction accordingly. In some embodiments, in response to a consumer's search request for a retail item within a geographical area, a decision system may obtain from a local database a list of dealers capable of provisioning the retail item—such as a new or used vehicle—at various locations within the geographical area. For each dealer, the system may calculate a dealer score across a plurality of tests and set a dollar value to an introduction utilizing the dealer score associated therewith. The performance measures of the tests may be normalized and adjusted utilizing a set of coefficients. The list of dealers may be sorted per dollar value of introduction and presented to the consumer. To provide more accurate dealer evaluations, the system may periodically reset the set of coefficients using sales data.
摘要:
A target software behavior pattern recognition and analysis tool is disclosed that operates during the real-time execution of monitored target software on a computer, derives a subset of measurements indicating the target software performance and activity, automatically derives a baseline from the subset of measurements, and establishes a state of health of the target software based on comparing real-time measurements to the baseline. The monitored target software contains an agent for deriving a subset of measurements indicating the target software performance and activity. The agent includes sensors embedded into the target software to measure specific code segments, and an examiner which receives measurements from the sensors and transmits these examiner values to a central server. The central server automatically derives a baseline from the received examiner values, and automatically establishes a state of health of the target software based on comparing real-time measurements to the baseline.

A constant monitoring and recovery system that enables the measurement of task usage/metrics and performance of software-based business applications. These metrics can then be evaluated by logic, in combination with each other and/or a timer, in a distributed environment. This is accomplished with the introduction of an extremely low overhead to the application host. The results of the logic evaluation can cause real-time and real-world responses such as application restart, interaction with load balancing equipment, or notification (via email, pager, etc.). Data can also be persisted to a database for later archival or evaluation, with the ability to reduce granularity over time. Specifically, an application manager monitors business application processes, notifies failure and automatically recovers software based business applications based on the logic of the underlying applications. The application manager comprises three main components that work together: Instrumentation API for setting up monitoring parameters; Event Notification and Automatic Recovery Evaluation Engine; Monitoring Console Server.

A sales matching system which may match sales of products or services with consummated sales by collecting selected leads from a group of lead suppliers, collecting a plurality of sales records from multiple sales sources, and matching at least some of the sales records to selected leads. The matches may be assigned a matching confidence, and may reach a threshold level of confidence to be considered a matched sale. The system may also generate invoices to selected sellers identifying invoice-able sales for which compensation may be obtained in exchange for providing leads giving rise thereto.
摘要:
A TCP/IP-based software application client/server communication channel construction mechanism is presented. The mechanism constructs a dedicated bi-directional data transmission for a single client/server session. The server software, running on a server host computer, provides session-based data services to one or more software clients. The client process supports one or more execution environments including: text-based scripting, Java or ActiveX components. The invoked code executing within the client computer detects the most attractive execution environment available within its execution environments, and uses the services of that execution environment client process to establish an optimal communication channel back to the server software process. Depending on the execution environment(s) available to the invoked code, the communication channel may be: (a) a content-independent, bi-directional transmission control protocol (TCP) connection, or (b) a content-dependent TCP connection, such as a TCP connection supporting only a single HTTP request/response pair.
