Abstract: In certain embodiments, higher-level octree telepresence data for a point cloud of a 3D object is transmitted using a reliable transport mechanism that ensures successful transmission, e.g., via re-transmission of dropped packets, and lower-level octree data for the point cloud is transmitted using a non-reliable transport mechanism that does not guarantee successful transmission. When the lower-level data is contained in one or more of the bottom-most layers in the octree representation, at least some of the point cloud might be able to be reconstructed using successfully received data even when some lower-level data is lost and not re-transmitted. Using non-reliable transmission can reduce latency by avoiding time-consuming re-transmissions. The resulting reconstructed point cloud will be incomplete, but it might be sufficiently complete to provide satisfactory user experience with lower latency that using reliable transport for the entire octree.

Abstract: A basic (single-ended or differential) switchable transconductance amplifier has voltage-input circuitry and selector circuitry connected between capacitor circuitry and current-sink circuitry, where the capacitor circuitry and the selector circuitry are controlled to selectively convert an input voltage signal applied to the voltage-input circuitry into an output current signal, where the voltage-input circuitry and the selector circuitry are implemented at the same circuit level. More-complex circuits, such as multiplexers and de-multiplexers, can be based on the basic amplifier circuitry. By implementing the voltage-input circuitry and the selector circuitry at the same circuit level, the resulting circuit can have lower voltage overhead than equivalent prior-art circuitry, resulting in shorter switching time, higher operational bandwidth, and lower power consumption.

Abstract: A spectrum access system (SAS) includes a transceiver that receives information indicating a path loss from an interior location to an exterior location in response to a base station being installed at the interior location. The SAS also includes a processor to determine an aggregate interference level for an incumbent proximate the exterior location based on the path loss. An edge router executes instances of a packet core network. The edge router instantiates containers for a connectivity or digital automation enabler and routes customer network traffic without leaving the customer network. A domain proxy receives a request to allocate carriers to a base station and determines whether a frequency separation between the carriers is larger than a bandwidth allocated to an incumbent. The request is rejected if the frequency separation is less than the bandwidth and granted if the frequency separation is greater than or equal to the bandwidth.
