    摘要: A method for displaying objects in a CAD system, and corresponding CAD system and computer program product. The method includes loading a graphic model with a plurality of model elements including edges and faces in a CAD system and receiving a selection of a display technique to be used on the graphic model. The method also includes classifying each model element as important or unimportant. The method also includes hiding a first subset of the unimportant model elements according to the selected display technique and adjusting the transparency of a second subset of the unimportant model elements according to the selected display technique, so that the important model elements are clearly visible with relation to the unimportant model elements. The method can produce a simplified graphic model that is displayed by the CAD system.
