Abstract: A holder assembly for portable electronic devices supports tablets, small notebook computers or the like, and allows a user to view the electronic device in a hands-free manner. The assembly includes a holding member having a top surface, a bottom surface and a perimeter edge coupled to and extending between the top and bottom surfaces. The top surface is planar and receives and supports a portable electronic device. An arm is coupled to and extends from the bottom surface of the holding member. A base is coupled to a bottom end of the arm.
