A wireless charging system for a power tool includes a charging module, docking frame, and tool holder. The charging module has a charging surface and an inductive charging device for charging a power tool resting on the charging surface, and is mounted in the docking frame, which is mounted in a mounting interface of the tool holder such that the charging surface is at an angle. The tool holder further includes a holding portion extending from a downward portion of the mounting interface such that the holding portion transversely supports the power tool. A soft insert structure received in the holding portion forms an interference fit with the power tool and applies a load to the power tool toward the charging surface that urges the power tool to an optimal location for charging, relative to the inductive charging device.

A wireless charging system for power tools and other devices includes a charging module, docking frame, and tool holder. When a device is placed on a charging surface of the charging module, the charging module is configured to wirelessly charge the device. The charging module can be mounted within the docking frame or the tool holder via a mounting interface, and the tool holder can be affixed to a rigid surface. The docking frame can also be attached to a rigid surface, or can be mounted within the tool holder as an intermediate piece. The tool holder is configured to support the charging module such that the charging surface is at an angle. This configuration optimally locates the device relative to the charging module and allows the charging surface to act as a resting surface for the device between operations.

The pneumatic nailer includes a housing defining a storage chamber positionable in fluid communication with the high pressure fluid source, a cylinder positioned within said housing, a piston having a piston head, said piston head being movable within said cylinder, said cylinder and said piston head defining a return chamber on side of said piston head, a sleeve movable with respect to said cylinder between a first sleeve position and a second sleeve position, said sleeve and said cylinder defining a sleeve space therebetween, wherein, when said sleeve is positioned in said first sleeve position, said sleeve space is isolated from fluid communication with said return chamber, and wherein, when said sleeve is positioned in said second sleeve position, said sleeve space is positioned in fluid communication with said return chamber.

A tool has an improved nosepiece and shear block assembly that drives a fastener supplied from a plurality of fasteners. The assembly includes a nosepiece that is configured for attachment to the tool and defines a portion of a barrel and a shear block configured to be secured to the nosepiece to complete the barrel. There is an opening in barrel has for receiving a fastener. The assembly also includes a biased fastener-size adjustment device, which exerts a biasing force against fasteners adjacent the opening.

A magazine for a coiled strip of nails useable in nailing tools, combinations thereof and methods therefor, having generally a magazine tray with an inner post having a recessed axial slot formed therein, and a nail plate having an outer post extending therefrom. The outer post is reciprocatingly disposed about the inner post, and a pin disposed through the outer post is biased so that an enlarged head thereof is biased into a recess of the axial slot to axially fix the nail plate relative to the inner post.

An exemplary compressed air filter assembly for nail gun has an end cap at a handle of the nail gun, having an inlet aperture for guiding external compressed air therein, communicating with a main air chamber of the handle; an inlet pipe extending in the inlet aperture and the main air chamber, having a ring-shaped step formed at an inner peripheral surface of a sidewall thereof; and a filter disposed at the inlet pipe. At least one bar is provided at the sidewall of the inlet pipe, transversely disposed in the inlet aperture, and the filter being disposed between the at least one bar and the ring-shaped step. The compressed air filter assembly for nail gun utilize the at least one bar to support a center portion of the filter, which can improve the strength of the filter to resist the blasting of the compressed air.
