    摘要: This invention relates to the method of doing a broadcast service of a short message in a communication system. According to the present invention, a transmission request message of a broadcast message including the name and telephone number of an information provider is received from the information provider through a message center. The transmission request message of the broadcast message processed in the message center is transmitted from the message center to a base station and therefrom to all terminals. The terminals receive the broadcast message including the information provider's name and telephone number and displays them on the display devices of the terminals. When the terminal user wants to communicate with the information provider, the terminal performs the process for communication between the information provider and the user by using the received information provider's telephone number.

    摘要: Provided is a rotatable keypad assembly including a plurality of keybuttons used as a data input unit of a portable terminal. In the rotatable keypad assembly, a roller is rotatably installed at a predetermined position in the portable terminal and has a portion exposed outside the portable terminal. A keypad sheet is wound around the roller and has the keybuttons thereon. A knob is interlocked with one end of the roller and is rotated to expose the keybuttons corresponding to the exposed portion of the roller. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the size, thickness and weight of the portable terminal without presenting any difficulty in using the portable terminal.

According to the present invention, the broadcast message is appropriately decomposed into the predetermined number of messages at a base station according to the load of a paging channel and to the size of the broadcast message. The mobile station receives successively the decomposed broadcast messages in the decomposed order and forms a single broadcast message by arranging the received decomposed broadcast messages.     摘要: A passive cooling system of a nuclear power plant includes a steam generator, a cooling water storage tank, a water cooling heat exchanger, an air cooling heat exchanger, a divergence valve, and a cooling tower. The steam generator generates steam by heat exchange with a primary coolant system, and the cooling water storage tank stores cooling water therein. The water cooling heat exchanger is disposed in the cooling water storage tank, and the air cooling heat exchanger is connected to the steam generator. The divergence valve is controllable to divert steam from the steam generator into both the water cooling heat exchanger and the air cooling heat exchanger. Each of the cooling water storage tank, the water cooling heat exchanger, and the air cooling heat exchanger are located in the cooling tower.
