摘要： A magnetic head having a control portion provided integrally with an opposing surface located opposing the recording surface of a magnetic disc or a head mount for generating a negative pressure between the control portion and the magnetic disc to attract the magnetic disc towards the magnetic head, thereby generating an adequate and sufficient negative pressure in the vicinity of the magnetic head and achieving a good head touch. This configuration enables compact design of the mechanism and an increased recording area of the magnetic disc compared with the case in which a magnetic head and a negative pressure generation type stabilizing plate to attract the magnetic disc towards the magnetic head are separately disposed, and eliminates the need for procedures for separate positioning of the individual magnetic head and stabilizing plate, thereby achieving a considerable reduction in manufacturing steps and production cost.

摘要： A tablet shaped catalyst is disposed on an upper portion inside a waterproof housing. The catalyst, which is comprised of palladium, accelerates a chemical reaction for combining hydrogen gas and oxygen gas. The catalyst begins accelerating the chemical reaction just after contacting with hydrogen gas. By disposing said catalyst on an upper position inside the waterproof housing, hydrogen gas, lighter than the air, is effectively removed. This chemical reaction causes to generate water, so it is preferable to provide a water absorbent by the catalyst.

摘要： A lens-fitted photo film unit has a cassette containing chamber and a photo film roll chamber. The cassette containing chamber contains a cassette. The cassette has a spool and a cassette shutter. A photo film is secured to the spool contained in the cassette in a rotatable manner. The cassette shutter is incorporated in a rotatable manner between a closed position to block a photo film passage port and an open position to open the photo film passage port. The lens-fitted photo film unit has a rotatable photo film winding wheel, of which a wheel portion is disposed above the cassette containing chamber, and externally rotated after a frame on the photo film is exposed. A first rotational shaft projects downwards from the wheel portion, and is engaged with the spool through a top wall of the cassette containing chamber. The wheel portion is rotated to wind the photo film into the cassette. A rotating member has a second rotational shaft, is connected with the cassette shutter through the top wall of the cassette containing chamber, and rotates the cassette shutter from the open position to the closed position. Arc-like ridges project on the top wall of the cassette containing chamber, and support the wheel portion thereon. The wheel portion is located away from the top wall of the cassette containing chamber. The rotating member is contained between the wheel portion and the top wall at least partially.

By energizing the head carriage in a given direction by a spring, the head carriage two intersecting surfaces can be brought into contact with the lead screw and the lead screw can be brought into contact with the intersecting surfaces of the respective bearings.

摘要： A method and a structure for mounting to a head carriage a magnetic head applicable to a magnetic recorder or reproducer in an electronic camera system wherein an object is electronically photographed and recorded into a rotating magnetic disc and an image is reproduced by a television system or a printer. In the method and structure, a pin is inserted through a through-bore in a head mount plate and is then brought into abutment with the head carriage. Adhesives are applied to clearances between the pin and the through-bore of the head mount plate as well as between the pin and the abutment surface of the head carriage to fill them up. In the method and structure, since the head mount plate is adhesively attached to the head carriage via the pin, the resultant adhesive layers are reduced in thickness, thereby preventing the magnetic head from shifting out of position when the adhesives are hardened.

Essential parts of the camera are exposed through the transparent resin layer (32a), so the camera may be operated from outside the casing. The casing is collected and melted as a whole without discriminating between the transparent rigid resin and the opaque rigid resin, to be recycled as a material for the opaque resin layer (32b) when the case main body is newly formed by two-color injection molding.
