摘要： The present invention is a hand masker having a housing structure, a pole, and a cutting mechanism. The hand masker of the present invention is designed with a paper roller and tape wheels to hold paper and tape, a plurality of aligning wheels to adhere the tape to both sides of the paper, a plurality of pressing wheels to adhere the tape and paper to a surface, a cutting blade to cut the paper and tape away from the paper roller and tape wheels, a cut trigger and gear cable to activate cutting from a distance, and an extension pole to operate the present invention from a distance. In use, the present invention allows for precise and efficient coverage of a surface with tape and paper from a distance.

摘要： Aspects of the present disclosure provide a multi-tier semiconductor structure. For example, the multi-tier semiconductor structure can include a first semiconductor device tier that includes first semiconductor devices. A first signal wiring structure can be formed over and electrically connected to the first semiconductor device tier. An insulator layer can be formed over the first signal wiring structure. A second semiconductor device tier can be formed over the insulator layer, the second semiconductor device tier including second semiconductor devices. A second signal wiring structure can be formed over and electrically connected to the second semiconductor device tier. An inter-tier via can be formed vertically through the insulator layer and electrically connecting the second signal wiring structure to the first signal wiring structure. The first semiconductor device tier, the second semiconductor device tier and the inter-tier via can be formed monolithically.

摘要： A retractable safety syringe may have a needle, needle holder, syringe body, a shaft seal, and a plunger assembly. A proximal portion of the body and a piston of the plunger may define a vacuum chamber. The plunger assembly may comprise a shaft coupled to a piston. The shaft may have at least one non-engaging portion and at least one engaging portion. The plunger assembly is movable between a storage position and working positions. In the storage position, little or no force is exerted on the shaft seal by the non-engaging portion. In the working positions, the engaging portion is in sealing engagement with the shaft seal to seal the vacuum chamber. Stopper movement of the retractable safety syringe may be reduced or eliminated if the retractable safety syringe is prefilled.
