A method, device, and system maintain a database of electronic and/or hardcopy publications within a first computerized device. The first computerized device receives from a second computerized device a request for at least one of the printable images within an electronic and/or hardcopy publication. The request has an identifier of the electronic and/or hardcopy publication and at least one page number of the electronic and/or hardcopy publication. The first computerized device transmits display information to cause the second computerized device to display one or more of the printable images appearing on the page number of the electronic and/or hardcopy publication. The first computerized device receives an image selection from the second computerized device that identifies selected images from among the printable images displayed by the second computerized device. The first computerized device provides the selected images to the second computerized device, or to a printer or print shop.

A method of generating a structural document may include causing, by a cloud system, a graphical representation of a structural document associated with a structural document kit to be displayed on a user computing device. The cloud system may be located remotely from the user computing device. The graphical representation may include a background content item and a customizable area. The method may include receiving a selection of a content item, determining a position of the selected content item within the customizable area, and transmitting the selected content item to the user computing device. The user computing device may be configured to transmit the selected content item to a print device. The print device may be configured to print the selected content item on a label of the structural document kit. The label may be configured to be affixed to the structural document.
Abstract:
A method, a system and a computer program product for handling requests in a network are disclosed. A load pattern at a first service component is extracted. A capacity and pending requests at the first service component are calculated based on the load pattern. Thereafter, an insertion delay is calculated based on the capacity, pending requests, and a time period required to increase the capacity by applying various alternative adaptation techniques. The insertion delay is then distributed among a plurality of upstream service components.
