    Abstract: Described is a catch and throw folding racket assembly. The racket assembly is formed of a first and second frame member, each having a rotatable handle attached thereto. The frame members are connected with one another with an elastic connected to frame out a catch area. Connected with and between the frame members is a net that is adapted to catch an object within the catch area, such as a ball. In use, a user can catch the ball within the net. When the frame members are pulled apart, the ball is brought out of the frame assembly in a throw motion as the net straightens and is pulled taut to expel the ball.

    Abstract: Described, is a gift box shaped container that opens to operate as a playset. The gift box shaped container includes a hack panel, two side panels, a front panel, a bottom panel, and a top panel serving as a lid. The lid is hingedly connected with the back panel and includes a decorative ribbon thereon. The front panel is hingedly connected with the bottom panel. Further, a latching mechanism connected with the lid and is operable for locking against the front panel. The latching mechanism includes a pull cord ribbon extending therefrom, with the pull cord ribbon connected with the latching mechanism such that pulling on the pull cord ribbon actuates the latching mechanism to cause the lid to detach from the front panel, thereby allowing a user to lift the lid and lower the front panel to convert the gift box shaped container into a playset.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a toy gun capable of transmitting a laser beam and/or an infrared (“IR”) beam of light for use in a game. The toy gun also has a detector for detecting a laser and IR signal. A controller within the gun tracks the number of shots tired, the type of light beam fired, the number of hits received by other guns, and permits the user to alternate between firing an IR beam or laser beam. The toy gun also has unique features available through the use of lasers, including detecting the distance to a target. The present invention further relates to an interactive electronic targeting system for use with a toy laser gun. The targeting system includes an electronic multicolored backlit board with light detecting sensors positioned within the hoard. The targeting system is programmed with multiple interactive games for use with a toy gun.

    Abstract: Described is a wind-up ride on toy with wind-up mechanism to propel a rider. The ride on toy comprises a body portion having a seat portion. A first axle is rotatably connected with the body portion, while a pair of wheels are connected with the first axle. The wind-up mechanism has an elastic band and a rotatable spool. The elastic band is fixed at a first end within the body portion and is attached with the rotatable spool at a second end. Additionally, the rotatable spool is operably connected with the first axle, such that winding the elastic band around the spool causes the elastic band to transition from a relaxed state to a stretched state and, upon allowing the elastic band to return to the relaxed state, the spool rotates the first axle and pair of wheels, thereby causing the wind-up ride on toy to propel forward.

    Abstract: Described is a spitball gun that is operable for collecting, wetting, and projecting paper ammunitions. The spitball gun includes a paper advancing chamber having an opening for receiving paper ammunition and an advancing mechanism for advancing paper through the paper advancing chamber to a loading chamber. A water tank is also connected with the loading chamber. An indexing lever is used to cause paper to be pulled through the paper advancing mechanism while water is released onto the paper from the water tank. A firing pin handle with a connected paper cutter is used to cut the paper and load the paper into the loading chamber. Finally, air from an attached air tank is used to expel a wetted paper wad from the loading chamber and through the barrel of the spitball gun.
