    摘要: Disclosed is a crushing equipment for crushing a pillar or beam of concrete structures through opening and closing movement of a pair of arms while clamping the pillar or beam by a pair of crushing blades provided on the ends of the arms. A hydraulic cylinder 1 for opening and closing the arms comprises a second cylinder including a couple of cylinders 3' and 3", and a pair of first cylinders fitted into the cylinders 3' and 3", respectively, and each having a cylinder bottom serving as a piston 9. When a hydraulic oil is introduced through a fifth oil port 18 provided in the second cylinder on the side of the cylinder bottom, the first cylinders 2 are forwardly displaced. When the first cylinders 2 reach their stroke ends, pistons of the first cylinders are forwardly moved to close the arms for crushing the concrete structure. When the hydraulic oil is introduced through fourth oil ports 16, the pistons 5 are retracted by way of second oil ports 10 and oil passages 11. When the pistons 5 reach their stroke ends, the pressure of the hydraulic oil acts on the cylinder bottoms of the first cylinders by way of gaps retracting the first cylinders to open the arms. The hydraulic oil is into the hydraulic cylinder 1 supplied only through the fourth oil ports 16 and the fifth oil port 18, thereby simplifying control operation.

    摘要: A working machine comprises a machine body provided with a pair of arms which are arranged for movement toward and away from each other. The machine body is disposed for rotation, relative to a bracket mounted on the machine body, about an axis. A hydraulic cylinder assembly has a single cylinder defining therein a hydraulic chamber, and a single piston mounted to a piston rod extending through the hydraulic chamber, the piston rod having opposite ends thereof, which extend respectively from opposite ends of the hydraulic chamber, and which are fixedly connected to the bracket. Upon introduction of hydraulic fluid into the hydraulic chamber, the cylinder and a rack fixedly mounted to the outside of the cylinder are moved in the direction perpendicular to the axis, so as to cause a pinion meshing with the rack and the machine body connected with the pinion to rotate about the axis, thereby changing the direction of the plane in which the arms mounted on the machine body are moved.

Concrete scraps are smashed by the central portions of the arms and flow out from the through holes.

    摘要: A steel plate cutter has a pair of stationary arms arranged with a predetermined gap therebetween, and a movable arm arranged between the stationary arms. An intermediate portion of the movable arm is pivotally supported by the stationary arms. Stationary and movable ends of a hydraulic cylinder are pivotally coupled to the proximal ends of the stationary arms and the movable arm. A pair of base blades that oppose a shearing push blade fixed to the distal end of the movable arm are fixed on the distal ends of the stationary arms. When the movable arm is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to approach and separate from the stationary arms, the shearing push blade of the movable arm enters or escapes from the gap between the base blades of the stationary arms. When the shearing push blade slides between the base blades, it cuts a steel plate in a belt-like strip by coaction with the base blades by a shearing force. The cut strip of the steel plate is bent in a direction away from the steel plate. Therefore, a belt-like space, in which and from which the movable arm can enter and escape, is formed in the steel plate by every cutting operation. When a single cutting operation is completed, the steel plate cutter can smoothly move on the steel plate along the belt-like space while the movable arm faces the belt-like space. As a result, the cutting operation can be easily repeated, and the steel plate can be safely and efficiently cut.

    摘要: An equipment adapted to be installed on a working machine, for crushing a structure. A hydraulic piston-cylinder unit is mounted to a bracket member to be mounted to the wording machine, for angular movement relative to the bracket member about an axis of a piston rod of the hydraulic piston-cylinder unit. At least one of a pair of opposed arms has a forward end provided with a crushing member. The pair of arms are operatively connected to the piston rod for pivotal movement, between closed and open positions, toward and away from each other and toward and away from a plane including an axis of the piston rod. A wall of a cylinder of the piston-cylinder unit is formed with passageway supplying hydraulic fluid from a hose unit of the working machine, into the cylinder. A rotatable coupling enables the passageway and the hose unit to communicate with each other, even when the piston-cylinder unit moves angularly about the axis of the piston rod relatively to the bracket member.
