摘要: An optical apparatus includes a stop having an aperture, two filter members each including a first area that includes a transmissive part and a gradation part having a transmittance that is lower than the transmittance of the transmissive part and that is changed in a moving direction of the filter member, an actuator that drives the two filter members, and a controller that controls the actuator. The two filter members are disposed so that both changing directions of densities of the gradation part and moving directions are opposite and the first area has a size capable of covering a whole of a first aperture. The controller controls the actuator so as to always move in an area between a first position and a second position. The transmissive part has a size that is incapable of covering the whole of the first aperture.

摘要: An optical apparatus includes a second member 6 supporting a first member 4 so as to be movable in an optical axis direction and biasing devices 401 and 406 having biasing force acting on the first member. Two first balls 403a and 403b are arranged at positions away from each other in the optical axis direction and a second ball 403c is arranged at a phase different from that of the first balls. 摘要: A chip component supply apparatus of the invention includes a container box for storing chip components in pieces, a means for conveying chip components from the container box onto a conveyor belt, which moves intermittently and conveys the transferred chip components toward a take-out port area where a vacuum suction nozzle of an electronic component placement machine takes out the chip components. A stopper is positioned in the vicinity of the take-out port area for stopping the chip components conveyed by the conveyor belt at the take-out port area. The stopper moves and departs from the vicinity of the take-out port area when the conveyor belt finishes intermittent motion and stops, and returns and is positioned at the take-out port area before the next chip component conveyed by next intermittent motion of the conveyor belt reaches the take-out port area. The vacuum suction nozzle of the electronic component placement machine takes out the chip component at the take-out port area when the conveyor belt is stopped and the stopper is apart from the take-out port area.
