Abstract: The present invention relates to mixtures containing bi-functionally terminated diorganopoly siloxanes aminosilane or oxime or alkoxy crosslinking agents, and optionally, filling materials, suitable additives, pigments, colorants, anti-oxidation pigments, anti-heat pigments, and light-protection pigments in addition to solvents and plasticizers. Said mixtures contain water and a catalyst in the form of an acidic or basic neutral salt as an accelerating cross-linking agent.
