The synchronisation device is designed for a non-proportional pivoting movement of the seat frame during a movement of the backrest frame.

    摘要: A seat for a person has a seat part adapted to be fixed in a vehicle and having an upper seating surface on which the person sits, and a seat back extending upward from a rear edge of the seating surface and having a front surface adapted to be leaned against by the person in the seat, facing forward in a vehicle travel direction, and extending upward to an upper region that is upholstered and on a level to engage the head of the person in the seat. The upper region of the seat back is formed with a hollow having a forwardly directed rear surface and a pair of flanking side surfaces extending forward in the direction from outer edges of the rear surface. The side surfaces are horizontally spaced transverse to the direction so as to spacedly flank the head of the person in the seat.

    摘要: A head support for a seat comprises two head support carriers mounted in the backrest of the seat rotatably about their respective axes. The carriers are cranked at their upward ends which are towards the head support member. A respective bar in the form of a rack member is rotatably mounted to the cranked portion of each carrier, the bars being displaceable longitudinally relative to a line connecting the two carriers in respective guide which also entrain the head support member and the guide for the bars being rigidly coupled together. A pinion may mesh with the rack members between the bars for synchronized movement of the mechanism.

    摘要: In a seat having a support frame consisting of a seat portion frame and a backrest portion frame, the backrest portion frame is of a generally L-shaped configuration, with a first limb thereof extending under the seat portion frame. The first limb of the L-shape carries a pivot axis means which is disposed slidably in a pair of rails fixed at the underside of the seat portion frame while the first limb of the L-shaped backrest portion frame is further guided in a second pair of rails at another position spaced from the first pair of rails in such a way that upon forward movement of the seat portion frame the upper end of the backrest portion frame moves in the opposite direction and also moves downwardly, thereby increasing the angle of inclination of the backrest portion, and vice-versa.

    摘要: A seat comprising a seat base portion which is adjustable in respect of inclination has a seat base frame which is mounted pivotally at its rearward portion on a supporting arrangement. Disposed on the supporting arrangement in the front region thereof is a rotary shaft, with a lever arm secured to each end thereof. The lever arms are in turn pivotally connected to the seat base frame. At least one of the lever arms has a plurality of detent openings which are disposed in an arcuate array and which can be selectively engaged by a detent member carried by the seat base frame, to latch the seat base frame in the desired inclined position. The actuating lever for the detent member is disposed at the side of the seat, within easy reach of the occupant thereof.
