    摘要: Disclosed are covers for a mobile phone including aspects that protect the phone from impact and/or provide shock absorbance characteristics. Covers can include one or more protrusions that reduce the contact surface to the phone and dissipate energy. Advantageously, the one or more protrusions work with intermittent spaces to provide shock absorbing characteristics and reduce the contact surface area between the cover and the phone. In some embodiments, the protrusions can include a soft-side rectangular shape, where the protrusions are placed in an ordered array in the back wall of a cover. In some embodiments, the one or more protrusions can include a row of x-shaped protrusions interspersed with air pockets along the inside wall of the cover.

    摘要: A fuel dispensing apparatus and method for delivering fuel from a fuel source, including, without limitation, delivering aircraft fuel from a fuel tank to an aircraft is disclosed. The fuel dispensing apparatus also includes an electronic control system in communication with a particle detector and configured to receive fuel quality sensor information corresponding to at least one detected fuel quality characteristic in real time. The electronic control system is configured to determine, based on the received fuel quality sensor information, a particle ratio defined as an approximate ratio of a measurement of total water and particulate per unit volume of fuel, and a first water characteristic indicative of a presence or absence of a threshold amount of water per unit volume of fuel. Based on the first water characteristic and on the particle ratio, the electronic control system is configured to determine whether to initiate at least one corrective action.

    摘要: A pet grooming aid comprises a flexible, elongate handle coupled to a head bearing rigid tines adapted to reach through a pet's fur to its skin. The handle includes a reservoir for treatment fluids, the reservoir being coupled through a gate valve to a manifold within the head that distributes the fluid to a tube within each tine. Squeezing the handle forces treatment fluid through the manifold and tines onto the pet's skin, while the gate valve prevents fluid flow when the handle is not squeezed. A recharge nozzle and cap on the handle opposite the head allows filling the reservoir without spilling fluid out the tines, and seals the reservoir for use.

    摘要: A multi-use modular container includes a food storage container portion having insulated bottom and upstanding side walls defining a food storage container interior area and an open top. An insulated divider member is positioned in the food storage container interior area and divides the interior area into first and second chambers. The divider member is configured to maintain a different temperature in the first and second chambers. A non-food container portion includes non-insulated bottom and upstanding side panels that define an interior area and open top. The non-food container is releasably coupled to the food-container with a fastener. A storage compartment is situated on an outer surface of one of the upstanding side walls of the food storage container, the storage compartment defining a storage area and an opening configured to give selective access to the storage area.
