摘要: The present application discloses the use of diatom in rice planting and a cultivation method of rice in symbiosis with diatom and relates to the technical field of rice planting. The use of diatom in rice planting is achieved by adding diatom to an irrigated paddy field and performing co-cultivation during rice planting. Co-cultivation of diatom and rice can effectively achieve the beneficial effects of increased yield/silicon, thicker straw, and increased lodging resistance in rice, and can reduce soil degradation, reduce the risk of heavy metal pollution and increase soil fertility.

摘要: Application of a fragment of an isolated nucleotide sequence in the construction of zebrafish without intermuscular bones. The nucleotide sequence is shown in SEQ ID NO:1. Gene mutation is performed by taking SEQ ID NO:1 as a target gene; the mutant F0 embryos are selected and cultured to adult fish; F0 mutant is hybridized with wild type zebrafish to generate an F1 embryos; sense mutant heterozygotes F1 is screened out and cultured to adult fish; and then F1 heterozygote self-crosses to generate F2 generation of three gene types, including homozygote, heterozygote, and wild type. Zebrafish without intermuscular bones is obtained by using a gene mutation method, which provided a basis for subsequent research on a molecular formation mechanism of fish intermuscular bones and the cultivation of economic fishes without intermuscular bone and possessed a basic research value and an application value in other economic aquaculture fish species.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for increasing wheat yield and preventing wheat diseases and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of crop cultivation. In the method, wheat seeds are primed by a fermentation liquid of S. sclerotiorum, and the concentration of the fermentation liquid is 1.4×105 cfu/mL or more. According to the present invention, the wheat seeds are primed by using S. sclerotiorum, and S. sclerotiorum can endogenously grow in wheat plants to induce expression of genes related to disease resistance and development of wheat, thereby achieving the objective of controlling diseases such as wheat Fusarium head blight and improving wheat yield.

摘要: A water resistant enhanced wound healing film includes components by mass volume concentration of: 5-10 mg/L of ultra-fine eggshell powder, 50-500 mg/L of ultramicroshell membrane powder or shell membrane soluble protein, 5-30 mg/L of lysozyme, 5-10 mg/L of chitosan, 0.05-5 mg/L of glycerin, and 0.1-5 mg/L of polymer polysaccharide. Also, a preparation method of the water resistant enhanced wound healing film is disclosed. The whole raw materials of the present invention are non-toxic and have good biocompatibility; the raw materials include eggshell, shell membrane and soluble mixed protein thereof, and lysozyme in residual egg white. In the present invention, various components of the eggshell waste are sufficiently used. The wound healing film has good water resistance, mechanical properties, antibacterial activity and protein absorption capacity, and low degradation rate. The method of the present invention has simple process, strong practicability, extremely low production cost, favorable resource recycling and low energy consumption.

The present invention is the first to isolate and identify a dicaffeoylquinic acid compound from Artemisia selengensis leaves.
